Freedom Blockchain

Simply put, Freedom Blockchain is a blockchain network for Africa, by Africans. 

This definitely brings with it challenges to be solved.

So many challenges for an overly populated but severely underbanked continent.

 

And the first is creating the right brand along with it's language. I was approached to assist in bringing this to life.

Defining the Freedom

  • What does Freedom feel like to Africa?

  • What does it sound like?

  • What does African freedom look like?

  • How does this generation understand the concept of freedom differently from the previous ones?

  • What does freedom represent financially to Africa?

These were the research questions undertaken to define what African Freedom should be in terms of value. And thus it is:

And so it began

​

Exploring multiple ideas that can capture the feeling. The driving mandate was that whatever the option is, it must meet these parameters:

​

  • It must be very responsive and can be independently used

  • It must be good enough to be memorable

  • It must look good and stand out next to other industry logos

And we captured the feeling
